Strip length can be altered by cutting at the detaching point in groups of  6 LEDs each.  Length of the shortest functionable unit detachable is 125mm.
For waterproof version, vacuum diffusion technique forms a very thin layer of deposited coating to IP67 waterproof standard, not affecting the LED brightness or color. 
Operating with any 24V  Mini IC controller ( Controller is Optional item ).   
Comes with double-sided 3M adhesive tape at the back of the light strip.
